We have worked with this company over the last couple of years to combine many tools that we use within our dealer group. We were able to cut cost and combine our website, CRM and Desking solution to be able to function together and integrate with many other tools that we use on a daily basis in this electronic auto world. We tasked Dealer peak to build integrations with our DMS, phone tracking, appraisal tool, credit pulling site, and dealer track. In several meetings with management at DealerPeak and months of work they have provided us with a set of tools nobody else has in the market. You can push and pull the information to all the different auto business E-tools making this product a true hub for dealer operations. A must see for anyone serious about their future.

Best CRM, DMS and Website combination. The total package was a great fit and the migration went very smooth. DealerPeak excels in multi-store environments. Coming from Autobase to this product was a breath of fresh air. For a year we worked to fit into Autobase's limited model but DealerPeak simply fit our business model from day one. From an IT standpoint in it was seamless, if your computers can get on the internet, you are a go. We moved from a manager access only CRM and to now the total dealership all 8 stores every rep in the system. This is the best CRM in the world and for the record this is not a paid ad.
